Kristen joined the MDP team in 2022 as an Executive Assistant to the Human Resources and Portfolio Resources teams. Prior to MDP, Kristen was with Jefferies, where she was an Executive Assistant and IB Office Manager for over three years. Before Jefferies, she spent time at both Houlihan Lokey and BMO Capital Markets.
